I am your constitutent. I urge you to make human needs and not broad tax cuts a priority in the budget. Please use your voice to get money in the budget for: * Affordable housing -- the Virginia Housing Trust Fund, the Rental Stability Fund and the Virginia Eviction Reduction Program. * Child care assistance for working families. * Free telephone calls and improved conditions for people in prison. *Establish a Child Tax Credit. * Making the Earned Income Tax Credit fully refundable (putting $300 into the hands of working families with low-incomes.) Thank you.
